Access Walk for 5 min. from JR Fukui Sta. to Echizen Railway Fukui Sta. Ride Echizen Railway for 29 min. and get off at Eiheiji-Guchi Sta. Then ride a Keifuku Bus for 15 min. and get off at Eiheijimae bus stop. It's a 5 min. walk from the bus stop to Eiheiji Temple.

The Tojinbo wall of rocks consisting of pyroxene andesite columnar joints stretches across continously for more than 1 km. Visitors can get on a pleasure cruise and admire rocks with characteristic peculiar shapes such as the beehive rock, the lion rock or the candle rock.
